About us

Partners Peter Greenberger and Jay Hagen started the company as Pacific Contractors in San Francisco in 1993, serving residential and commercial clients in the Bay Area. Mr. Greenberger brought the residential side of the business to the Lake Tahoe area in 1998 and is now President and owner of PACWEST Construction, focusing exclusively on fine custom home building and residential remodel work.
